Confederation Hockey encourages ALL Players, both "New" and "Returning", to use the ONLINE Registration System for the 2011-2012 hockey season. It is Confed's 5th year using the Hockey Canada Registration System. Information on how to register and calculate fees can be found in our "Online Player Registration and Information Pages" section (link above) and in the downloadable files below. COMMUNITY LEAGUE MEMBERSHIP is no longer a requirement of
registration within Hockey Edmonton. Confed Hockey will not sell or collect
money for memberships this year as we have for many years in the past.
Confederation Hockey strongly encourages our members to continue to support their
Community Leagues by purchasing a Community League Membership every year. You
can purchase your Community League Membership through the EFCL website at
www.efcl.org or contact your individual Community League Membership Person.
ALL NEW and TRANSFERRING PLAYERS must supply copies of their
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- Alberta Personal Health Card
- Proof of Residency (utility bill).
Transferring players need to provide a completed Parent Declaration Form.
Refund Policy - Players who withdraw from Confederation Hockey Club:
- PRIOR TO ANY EVALUATIONS may apply for a 100% refund of paid fees minus $25 administration fee.
- PRIOR TO PLACEMENT ON A TEAM may apply for a refund of 80% of paid fees minus $25 administration fee.
- AFTER PLACEMENT ON A TEAM by the Category Director(s) willl be INELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND.
Player Acceleration (Underage or Overage) - If you
would like your child to play in an age category above or below their designated
category, it is critical that you:
a) contact our Registrar
,
b) register your child in the designated category;
c) complete the "overage" or "underage" application form and
send it to our registrar.
The application must be received and approved by Hockey Edmonton prior to your
child's first skate.
