Players who withdraw from Confederation Hockey Club PRIOR TO PLACEMENT ON A TEAM, BUT AFTER EVALUATIONS HAVE STARTED may apply for a refund of 80% of fees minus $25 Administration Fee.
Players who withdraw from Confederation Hockey Club AFTER PLACEMENT ON A TEAM BY THE CATEGORY DIRECTOR(S), AFTER EVALUATIONS will be INELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND.
