Coaches of Confederation Hockey Club teams have full authority to discipline players, including benching players that refuse to participate or disrupt practices. Parents may appeal Coach’s decisions to the Category Director(s), provided the coach is first notified of the appeal and the Category Director(s) agree to hear the appeal. The Category Director(s) may, at their sole discretion, choose to forward any such appeal to the Board of Directors, however the decision of the Category Director(s) will be final.
